Q. How can I be sure that this is a reputable site selling authentic PANDORA jewellery?

CharmJunction.ca is an authorized PANDORA reseller offering the entire PANDORA collection online and is a member of the Better Business Bureau. CharmJunction.ca is a division of McBurney Junction Furniture Ltd. which is located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

McBurney Junction has been selling PANDORA Jewellery since it first arrived in Canada and is a PANDORA Shop-in-Shop dealer. The Shop-in-Shop designation is given to PANDORA dealers who have shown a level of excellence in customer service and have dedicated a significant part of their floor space to showcasing the entire PANDORA collection.

  1. All authorized PANDORA dealers are listed in the store locator area of the official PANDORA site, www.pandora.net. If the bricks and mortar store the website is associated with is not listed there, they are not selling authentic PANDORA! Look for McBurney Junction or search for stores in the Vancouver area and you will find us!
  2. The PANDORA prices are lower than normal or they are on sale. PANDORA never allows retailers to discount PANDORA Jewelry. If it's cheap - it's a fake!
  3. The charms just look bad. PANDORA takes great pride in their designs and real PANDORA charms are handcrafted with great attention to detail. Many knock-offs are getting better but many just look bad, so look closely!
  4. If you can't find real mailing address or phone number – it's a probably a fake!
  5. The site has no trust seals like BBB online ( Better Business Bureau ), Bizrate, Truste, or others. It takes a lot of jumping through hoops to get any of these guys to certify you. Click on a BBB online link and it will send you to their site so you can check out the website's standing.
  6. If you can't find any of these suspicious charms on www.pandora.net – they're fakes!

Q. How do I know what size bracelet to buy?

PANDORA bracelets are available in 7 different sizes and choosing the correct size is easy.

  1. Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around the widest point on your wrist. If you don't have a soft tape measure use a piece of string to measure your wrist and then take the measurement with a normal ruler.
  2. Add 1.5 inches to this measurement.
  3. Choose a bracelet closet to this measurement.

For example, if your wrist measures 6 inches, your correct PANDORA bracelet size is 7.5. Your bracelet may feel loose at the beginning but it will start to feel tighter as charms are added to your bracelet. Please do not choose a bracelet that is too tight. We cannot exchange bracelets that have previously been worn.

If you are buying the bracelet as a gift for someone, follow this guide:

  • 6.7 and 6.9 bracelets are great for young children, for leather bracelets, choose small.
  • A 7.1 bracelet will fit a person with a petite frame, for leather bracelets, choose small
  • A 7.5 or 7.9 is great for someone of average build, for leather bracelets, choose Med.
  • An 8.3 will fit someone with a larger frame, For leather bracelets, choose Lg.
  • A 9.1 will typically fit a plus size lady, for leather bracelets, choose Lg.

When you place your order with us, you can rest easy knowing your information is very secure. All transactions are placed through Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") encryption and all precautions that the industry has available are taken to ensure that your personal information is protected.


Q. How fast can I receive my shipment?

All orders placed before 11AM EST on a business day will be shipped out that same day.

All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders Shipping To Canada:

  • Free shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel will take as little as 5 business days but may take up to up to 10 business days, including the time it takes us to process your order, depending on which part of the country you live in. Remote areas may take a few days more.
  • Canada Post Express shipments will take 2 to 5 business days, including the time it takes us to process your order.
  • FedEx Express shipments usually take 2 to 5 business days, including the time it takes us to process your order.

Orders Shipping To the US:

  • Free shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel orders should arrive within 10 business days, including the time it takes us to process your order.
  • Canada Post Express orders shipping to the US will take 5 to 7 business days, including the time it takes us to process your order.
  • FedEx Express orders should arrive within 4 business days, including the time it takes for us to process your order.

Remember all shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed! Allow extra time during busy holiday seasons and if you are shipping to a remote area.


Q. How can I track my shipment?

All orders placed on Charm Junction can be tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once we enter your order in the Canada Post or FedEx system. This will usually happen the next business day after you placed your order.

If you prefer, we can track down your shipment. Simply email us noting your invoice number and we will update you on its whereabouts.


Q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to post office boxes in both Canada and the US. Choose a Canada Post shipping option if you are shipping to a P.O. Box.


Q. How will my package pass through U.S. customs?

US Customer Terms and Conditions

By ordering from CharmJunction.ca, you hereby authorize a licensed US customs broker chosen by CharmJunction.ca to act as your agent and transact business with The United States Internal Revenue Service to clear your merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return your merchandise to CharmJunction.ca and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise you return.

You understand that the IRS will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise directly to the customs broker and you will receive your refund directly from CharmJunction.ca. Thus, you authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the IRS in your name, so that CharmJunction.ca can be reimbursed.


Q. What are my payment options for CharmJunction.ca?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Sorry, but we do not accept cheques or money orders.


Q. How do I clean my PANDORA jewellery?

Your PANDORA Jewelry is of the highest quality and if properly cared for, will give you many years of enjoyment. Read our Care and Cleaning section for all the details.


Q. What is your return policy and how do I go about returning a purchase to charmjunction.ca?

At Charm Junction, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy .

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Even if your order shipped with free shipping, you will still be refunded less the shipping cost of $7.

Items must be unworn and in original condition. There are no other special catches or exceptions. Returns can be arranged within 30 days of purchase date and we must receive the return within 30 days of issuing the authorization number to you.

Q. Do you provide gift-wrapping?

Because your order ships in either a Bubble mailer envelope (standard mail) or an express envelop (Express shipping) we cannot wrap and box you packages in the traditional manner before shipping them to you.

You can order a Pan Bag which is actually a small little bag-shaped box for your charms if you want to repackage them after you receive your order. We will ship these flat and you can assemble them after you get them. This is a good option if you are personally presenting your PANDORA gifts to your loved ones yourself.

If you are shipping your order to a different address as a gift, we do not recommend ordering a Pan Bag. We will automatically ship your order out in a Gift Carrier. You do not need to order this Gift Carrier but you do need to give us detailed instructions as to how you want your items packaged together and how many carriers you need.
