These orders can be tracked. Allow up to 14 business days for delivery to most major cities. This includes the time it takes for us to process your order. Choose this method if shipping to a post office box address.
Your order should arrive within 6 business days, including the time it takes for us to process your order. Choose this method if you are shipping to a post office box address and you need to get it there quicker than standard mail.
Import duties and brokerage fees are extra and are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders placed on Charm Junction can now be tracked. Orders that ship via Canada Post Mail will ship Expedited Parcel so even these orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking number by email once we enter your order in the Canada Post or FedEx system. This will usually happen the next business day after you placed your order.
If you prefer, we can track down your shipment. Simply email us noting your invoice number and we will update you on its whereabouts.
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with CharmJunction.ca, please call us at 1-888-369-8332 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our system is set up to fill orders and get them out as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
All orders are to be doubled checked and confirmed before submitting them. Please make sure that you have given us your correct shipping information. If you accidentally give us an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged a $10 re-directing fee to get your order to the correct address.
