
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund less the shipping fees. Your items must be unworn and in their original condition. There are no other special catches or exceptions.
Please note that for all return orders that originally shipped out with free shipping, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees for returns that are not damaged or incorrect. In other words, you will be refunded you purchase less the value of the shipping charges ($9 plus tax).
Returns can be arranged within 30 days of purchase date and we must receive the return within 30 days of issuing the authorization number to you.

We will inspect your return within 48 hours of receiving it and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Do allow a few extra days during the busy holiday seasons. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
For damaged shipments or incorrect shipments, you must again first contact our Returns department to receive a RA number before shipping the items back to us. These returns must be done within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Please ship these items back to us in the same packaging in which they were shipped to you (or in similar packaging if the original packaging was damaged in shipping).

Your Pandora Jewellery comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Here at Charm Junction, we will only honour the Pandora warranty for items that have been purchased at Charm Junction. Warranty claims for Pandora items that have not been purchased at Charm Junction should be can be returned to that same dealer, not to Charm Junction.
Broken clasps, soldering abnormalities, breakage from porosity (a fancy word for weakness created by bacteria in the manufacturing process), loose fittings (the threaded pieces), discoloring enamel, improperly threaded charms and missing gemstones.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty, including, but not limited to: Kinked or stretched bracelets or necklaces, cracked, chipped or etched glass charms, bent or damaged clasps that are the result of improper opening or closing, damaged, faded or stretched leather items, or damage on the wood part of a wood bead. The warranty also does not cover items that have reacted with chemicals, including but not limited to pools, hot tubs, spas, rubber products, household cleaners, hairsprays or perfumes.
Please be aware that the oxidized jewelry is meant to fade into an antique patina as it is worn. The effect of water, wearing lots of charms and wearing multiple bracelets will speed up this process. The warranty does not cover items that have lost their oxidization.
PLEASE NOTE: Only Pandora should be used on a Pandora bracelet. This is to prevent beads from copy brands from getting stuck on your Pandora bracelet (the threading is often poor quality on these products). Your Pandora warranty will be considered null and void should any other beads or similar products from copy brands cause damage to your Pandora bracelet.
Warranty claims can be handled at any authorized PANDORA retailer when you are able to show a receipt to show that you are still within the 1-year time frame. If you think you have a warranty issue please contact our claims department. Please note that items that are determined to be covered under warranty will be replaced free of charge but you will still be charged for shipping fees.

All shipping addresses should to be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $10 fee for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee.

We carry a very extensive inventory and update the In Stock/Temp. Out of Stock postings are updated on a daily basis. However, all items are subject to prior sale so we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. We will let you know if one of the items you've ordered is not in stock and you will be asked if we should put it on back order for automatic shipment when we receive it.
